Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstance:

  • Discontinuation of Services by Us:

    • If we permanently discontinue a program or service, enrolled users are eligible for a proportional refund based on the time elapsed in service delivery.

    • The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting fees for the period of service already provided.

    • For multi-month mentorship programs, refunds will be calculated based on the remaining full months of the program.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues:

    • In case of website downtime, technical errors, or access issues, the user is required to wait until services resume.

    • We are not liable for refunds due to such interruptions.

  • Change of Mind or Personal Reasons:

    • If a user decides to withdraw from the program voluntarily, no refund will be issued.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under an eligible condition:

  1. Submission:

    • Include enrollment details, reason for the request, and proof of payment.

  2. Timeframe:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving notice about the service discontinuation.

  3. Processing & Mode of Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment method.

    • If the original payment method is unavailable due to technical reasons, users may opt for a bank transfer or credit toward future services.

    • While we strive to process refunds promptly, banking delays or technical issues may extend processing times. In such cases, users will be informed.

User Responsibility and Policy Updates

  • By using our website and services, users automatically accept this Refund Policy.

  • We do not provide individual notifications when this Refund Policy is updated.
